Neiiendam Consulting places great value in professional pride and takes pride in staying up-to-date in employment law.

Our HR focus is what we call the foundation of a house. This means that we help with salary, contracts, Union Agreements, clean up of data/employee files, compliance of GDPR, Employee legal advice and support of offices around the world.

 

Neiiendam Consulting has a pragmatic approach to system use - what is the right system for one company is not necessarily the right one for another. The most important thing is to make systems work and to make the processes run smoothly in the single company. We therefore also help with the implementation of processes and documentation of processes.
